Description
1. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
2. Track project performance as per APQP guidelines, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
3. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
4. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
5.Ensure end to end process standardization and improvement, reviewing, documenting and where possible aligning best practice.
6.Help to develop and implement process improvement plans, including process mapping, process redesign, and process optimization.
7.Train and coach team members on process improvement tools and techniques.
8.Monitor and report on progress of process improvement initiatives to director.
9.Continual improvement in ERP system by optimizing, redesigning processes.
10. Help in Building a culture of process adherence through tracking and monitoring activities and acting on the results.
