Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities, plan, develop and effectively implement lean tools / activities to drive operational excellence in various functions and areas Manage the deployment of lean tools like – Hoshin Kanri SFM SMED Time-Motion Studies VSM/VFD Autonomous Maintenance PDCA Support management in making best possible utilization of in-house tools like Shibumi EBPMS Productivity Tracker Yield Tracker Facilitate in developing a lean culture throughout organization through various initiatives. Support various departments in undertaking cost saving projects and monitor the same using the DO IT report. Participate in review meetings and contribute required data related to Operational parameters. Participate in review meetings and contribute required data related to Operational parameters. Contribute towards adoption of B|Braun operations excellence model. Any other activity or responsibility assigned by the reporting manager.
