Description
Define and apply Sampling Approach to perform daily quality checks/ audits
Create & update QC checklist that enlists critical & Non-critical steps in a given process
Conduct calibrations and Error discussions on a regular basis
Assist TMs in devising Action plans & focus on identifying preventive actions for chronic errors
Facilitate Internal calibrations and share updates from the sessions
Share weekly/ monthly Quality reports identifying specific trends, top errors, BQs etc.
Assist TM’s in data mining efforts and trend analysis
Suggest improvements/ changes based on analysis and observations and implement Kaizen, other
projects
Preferred candidate profile
Having knowledge and experience of working in the US/UK Pensions industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication with the ability
to communicate effectively
Good analytical ability to identify process gaps and deviations
Attention to detail to identify errors
Able to build excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information
Comfortable working autonomously
Numerate with the ability to present and analyze data
