Description
Understand current state and required steps to transition users to new tools and processes
Continually look for opportunities to innovate and improve processes
Work with business leads to help drive alignment and standardization of requirements and processes where possible
Provide effective leadership and management of continuous improvement disciplines for all applicable services
Coordinate the daily activities of his/her team to meet production targets
Work with other managers and individual contributors to maintain a culture of trust and understanding product focus and operational excellence
Lead the accurate and timely Design, Build, Execution, Quality Assurance and Delivery of initiatives evolving and optimizing campaign design and build and ensure alignment to strategic objectives
(i) Must Have
Graduation in Finance or IT stream
6+ years Post Qualification experience in Automation & Excellence
Should be able to work in a rapidly changing and high-pressure work environment
Should have excellent leadership & communication skills
Green Belt Certified
3+ Years experience in Macros, Power Apps, Power Automate , VBA, SQL etc.
(ii) Nice to have
Working experience in the oil & gas sector / EPC Industry
Ability to handle multiple projects, assign and multi-task to meet deadlines
Service Management Process familiarity.

Knowledge of products offered through financial services industry
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects involving various departments/divisions
