Lead a team/project with limited help.
Work with sponsors, process owners, SMEs, and other stakeholders to define the goal for improvement
Develop and implement a plan for essential data collection, analysis and prepare metrics mentor Black Belts
Required Candidate profile
Design a control plan, including a tracking tool and dashboard reporting
Provide regular project updates and present data to the Sponsor
Develop strong working relationships with management
