We shall call back the relevant profiles Job Description: 2 - 7 years of MDM experience Exposure in handling Master Data Creation, Amendments and Query handling resolution. Follow up with the Stakeholders to complete the documentation. Co-ordination between customer & Supplier. Respective Stakeholders / Supplier training Basic communication skills (oral & written) Exposure in MS Office Ensuring deliverables are done on time. Vendor Master: Create new supplier records and maintain existing records, including banking information. Review Denied Parties Screening Maintenance, and training Quarterly Supplier Deactivation Process Freight Carriers & Intercompany supplier setups Customer Service-related activities (email/phone) Dynamic screening Customer Master: Create new customer records and maintain existing records, including credit limit. Maintenance of Bill-to Address & Setup of intercompany customers. Completion of Denied Parties Screening Customer Service-related activities (email/phone) Dynamic screening EHS (on site supplier): Management of Safety Pre-Qualification Questionnaires Management of confidentiality agreements Management of Liability Insurances
