Education:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream from a recognized University in India or abroad
Postgraduate degree or diploma in Business Management with specialization in Human Resource Management.
Exp.: 3 to 6 Yrs.
3-6 years of experience in managing HR function in a small or medium sized organization of repute.
Job Description
Performance Management Assist the management in the process of goal setting, mid-term, and end term performance review of each employee as a part of the annual appraisal process.
Payroll and Compliances Provide inputs on employee attendance, variable pay, leave encashments etc. for processing of monthly payroll. Ensure compliance to various statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT etc. are adhered to.
Internal Audits Conduct monthly self-audits and participate in the quarterly and annual process audits conducted by the organization from time to time.

Grievance resolution Manage employee grievances.
