For our functional team, we need a functional consultant. Who is having good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and can remain calm while handling pressure and dealing with customers. Role & responsibilities 1. Should be able to understand the business process 2. Detailed requirements gathering and documentation. 3. Evaluating the client's requirements and then proposing adequate and effective solutions. 4. Support of live systems as well as upgrades and enhancements of SAP Business One Preferred candidate profile Interaction with customer representatives transforms the essence into an abstract and algorithmic business model. Customizing the respective business area Knowledge about the current business process, design current business flows, and study current business Processes and their complications. Flow diagrams and DFD preparation. Mapping and GAP analysis for each module Master data configuration (Data template preparation and Migration) Preparation of Change request/new requirements specification document(RSD) End-user training Support user acceptance testing. Functional documentation preparation After go-live client support As the job involves traveling, the candidate should have the willingness to travel Should be a first-class holder throughout Experience-1 to 4 yrs
