Job Title : TEFL Assessor WFH Work Timings : 2 PM to 11 PM Working Days : • 1st & 3rd Week (5 days working) • Rest Week ( 6 days working) Job Summary: As a TEFL-Assessor, you will play a crucial role in supporting and mentoring students learning Teaching English as a Foreign Language. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and grade assignments, exam papers and provide written feedback on them Key Responsibilities: 1.Grade assessments/assignments and provide feedback of TEFL program. 2. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to improve the effectiveness and quality of teaching methodologies, materials, and course content. 3. Collaborate with the client team to ensure adherence to the set guidelines. 4. Develop/Follow assessment criteria, rubrics, and guidelines for evaluating student performance and teacher proficiency in English language teaching. 5. Stay updated with the latest trends, methodologies, and advancements in TEFL and language teaching to incorporate innovative practices into program assessments. Requirements: 1. Education and Certification: MA in English with a recognized CELTA or TEFL certification OR Cambridge DELTA certification. 2. Experience: Minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in English language teaching or teacher training, demonstrating a strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies. 3. Language Proficiency: Possess a C2 level of language proficiency in English (CEFR scale). 4. Educational Background: Either educated in a convent or graduated from esteemed institutions, demonstrating strong academic capabilities and the desired qualities for this role . Skills and Competencies: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide constructive feedback and interact effectively with stakeholders. 2. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate teaching strategies and materials objectively. 3. Strong organizational skills to manage assessments, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously. 4. A collaborative approach to working effectively within a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualities: 1. Experience in English Language Teaching and Teacher Training. 2. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational technology tools. Benefits: 1.
