We are seeking a qualified and experienced German Language Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality language training to candidates who are planning to move to Germany. As a German Language Trainer, you will play a key role in helping our candidates develop their language skills and cultural understanding to thrive in a German-speaking environment. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive German language training programs tailored to the needs of individual candidates. Conduct interactive and engaging language classes, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Assess candidates' language proficiency and provide constructive feedback to support their learning progress. Create learning materials, including lesson plans, exercises, and assessments, to enhance the effectiveness of training sessions. Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages active participation and continuous improvement. Stay updated with current trends and developments in German language teaching methodologies and incorporate best practices into training programs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in German language, linguistics, education, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a German Language Trainer, preferably in a corporate or educational setting. Proficiency in both spoken and written German, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Certification in German language teaching (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) will be an advantage.Preferably C1 or C2 level. Experience in teaching German for specific purposes (e.g., business, travel, relocation) will be preferred.
