We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at CMPMS GLOBAL PVT LTD, a leading Medical Billing Company. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive lead generation, and promote our services within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals, clinics, and medical facilities.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and industry-specific channels.
• Create engaging content for social media channels, blog posts, email newsletters, and other digital marketing assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify key messaging and value propositions for different target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, lead conversions, and ROI, and provide regular reports to management.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the medical billing industry.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical services industry.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns, including lead generation and customer acquisition.
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and industry-specific channels.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and email marketing tools.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external partners.
