(1 year extendable) Job Description : Asst Manager/ Manager- Product Management Department: Product management Experience: 2 + years in insurance industry/Life insurance Market Intelligence Qualification: Any Graduate/PG in Marketing, Finance Manage the product development life cycle from idea to launch •Suggest ideas for new products for Client •Develop product specifications for pricing and operational development of the product •Liaise with Actuarial, U/W, F&A, Marketing and L&C teams for product finalization •Prepare the product filing documents for IRDA submission •Represent Product team in the PIC and handle the implementation of the product up to launch Pre and post launch approval process •Prepare pre and post launch product documents as decided by the Product Council •Liaise with other stakeholders for information or data required for the same Product related approvals/ testing •Responsible for approvals on product related collaterals, training materials, calculators/illustration generation tool and any other marketing or Operational requirement Market mapping of products •Mapping the new or existing products against and taking feedback from O Market or competition o Customers o Distribution Product Marketing •Work on MS tools & sales stories to promote products Technical •Finance / Insurance industry awareness •Insurance products understanding •Analytical and Excel skills •Problem solving skills •MS Excel and Powerpoint knowledge.
