Job Overview: The Product Manager for the EV Charging Network Management System will be responsible for leading the product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the system that manages a network of EV charging stations. The role involves extensive coordination between engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the product meets the market needs and remains competitive. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and own the product roadmap for the EV Charging Network Management System, prioritizing product features and initiatives based on business and customer impact. * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the EV charging industry. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support to bring new features and products to market. * Define and articulate detailed user stories, product requirements, and specifications for new product features. * Work closely with engineering teams during the development cycle to ensure the product vision and customer requirements are fulfilled. * Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the product; utilize data to drive strategic decisions. * Manage the product lifecycle from concept to phasing out of the product(s) across all product lines. * Develop go-to-market strategies and work with marketing and sales teams to execute those strategies. * Engage with customers and gather feedback to inform product enhancements and new feature development. * Liaise with technical support teams to troubleshoot issues, understand customer pain points, and incorporate feedback into product improvement plans. * Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes. * Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users. * Create support and training documents for internal and external users. * Participate in sprint planning and review meetings, providing guidance and direction to the development team. Qualifications: * Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus. * Minimum 5 Years of Experience in a similar role * Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager, preferably within the EV charging industry or related technology sectors. * Strong understanding of EV charging systems, software, and hardware components. * Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products. * Technical background with experience in software development and web technologies. * Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. * Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
