Role : AVP / Associate Director Product for a SAAS Based IT Organisation ( B2B Setup)

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and professional services, to align product roadmaps with business goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering innovative and outstanding products, and a keen understanding of customer needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management: Identifying the customer problem, formulating a hypothesis to solve the problem, developing a roadmap, prioritizing features, delivering to respective teams, and analyzing data
- Owning AOP planning in convergence with product vision, deliverables, enterprise product deliverables
- Ownership of end-to-end Product P&L
- Drive the growth and impact of the products operating across multiple organizations & geographies in collaboration with Tech, marketing and sales
- Engage with CXOs to ensure our products will help them reach their desired business outcomes Drive and expand Organisations's perception in the market.
- Driving key product metrics with respect to creating high impact
- Multi-functional team collaboration to understand and prioritize requirements.
- Own the GTM and collaborate with product marketing and communication team for branding, blogs and product launches.
- Excellent Leadership skills in terms of:
(I) Grooming & Retaining talent, managing conflicts (internally and with customers),
(II) Leading and guiding product team working on different platforms through the end-to-end product life cycle; including market needs, multi-year product vision, strategy and roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, and functional specifications all the way through to customer enablement, adoption and success.
Educational Qualification / Work Experience / Skills:
- BE / B.Tech & MBA with 9+ years of technical Product Management experience in B2B SaaS based IT Setup, demonstrating a track record of successfully launching and managing sophisticated software products.
- Proving experience in building a commercially successful Complex Enterprise SAAS Software Product.
- Must have strong technical architecture knowledge
- Must be high on Executive Presence, Thought Leadership & Communication skills: should be active on social media & actively participate in industry events
- Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills
- Ability to Visualize and conceptualize new ideas and solutions
- Ability to manage teams and build close relationships with different team members and driving to success
