Join us. ATI is currently hiring a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst within our Enterprise Services Digital Technology team and will report to our Manager, Cybersecurity Compliance, Education & Awareness. This position can be based at any of our major locations including our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas; our Enterprise Resource Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; or at one of our plant locations in Cudahy, Wisconsin; Monroe, North Carolina; or Millersburg, Oregon. In the dynamic and critical field of Aerospace and Defense manufacturing, the role of a Cybersecurity Analyst is pivotal to safeguarding mission-critical assets, processes, systems, and infrastructures from a myriad of cyber threats. This role demands a forward-thinking, proactive individual who blends knowledge of cybersecurity practices with exceptional analytical skills to anticipate, mitigate, and respond to cybersecurity challenges. Key Performance Objectives: Cybersecurity Compliance Program Leadership: Assist with the development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity compliance program. Evaluate existing policies and procedures, identifying areas of vulnerability and risk, and enact corrective action plans. Your goal is to ensure our firm not only meets but exceeds industry standards and regulations, paving the way for a more secure cyber environment. Take the helm in the development, maintenance, and revision of security policies, standards, procedures, and work instructions. Cross-functional Cybersecurity Awareness: Through education and training, you'll foster a culture of cybersecurity mindfulness across all levels of the organization. By the six-month mark, aim for a measurable increase in cybersecurity situational awareness, as evidenced by reduced incidents of security breaches and heightened employee engagement in cybersecurity best practices. Audit and Customer Security Query Response Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator for internal and external cybersecurity audits, as well as customer security questionnaires. Develop a streamlined process for rapid, thorough responses that demonstrate our firm's commitment to cybersecurity excellence. Your effective coordination will enhance our reputation for reliability and trustworthiness in cybersecurity matters.
