As a Project Management Professional (PMP) at Lighthouse Info systems Pvt Ltd, you'll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to manage all project phases. Role & Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria with clients. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet milestones. Coordinate cross-functional project teams, conduct regular status meetings, and address issues proactively. Manage project budgets, resources, and expenses, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Facilitate requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and user training. Ensure compliance with project implementation best practices and methodologies. Act as the main client contact, fostering strong relationships throughout the project. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement. Required Skills- 6+ years of experience as a Project Management or similar role in the IT industry. Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong grasp of project management tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management software. Preferred Qualifications- Any graduate or equivalent. PMP Certification will be added advantage. Scrum Master Certification will be added advantage.
