Notice period : Immediate to 15 days Location : Bangalore Responsibilities: As a Center of Excellence (COE) architect accountable for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities supporting the FICO workstream; FI: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banks (including integration), Cash Management, CO: Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Profit Centers, consolidations, FI-MM, FI-SD integrations and FICO related reporting This role is to provide functional support within the FICO module. Leverage leading-practice business process knowledge & proficiency for FICO and apply the business requirements Coordinate internal IT and business team in design, delivery, and deployment of solutions for ongoing ERP operation, projects, enhancement, upgrade and support projects Understand existing business processes, map out process flows and identify areas for improvement with process change or system improvements Manage SAP standard API & EDI integrations with other internal and external 3rd party applications like banks, concur, ADP, tax engines etc., Transform business requirements into functional and technical specification, conduct unit and integrations tests, deploy, train users and maintain the system Validate approach for system changes performed by internal and external resources and ensure proper testing and documentation is completed prior to migration Provide day to day system/process support to users in coordination with the corporate support team Requirements: A minimum of eight years of progressive SAP experience with at least one focused on SAP S/4 HANA, including at least two full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations in the areas of Finance & Controlling (FICO) Deep Finance and Accounting process understanding 2 Years of SAP Production Support experience Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work closely with all levels of the organization Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and writing skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the senior management team Excellent SAP configuration skills Experience developing and drive the implementation of SAP best practices and standards
