Job Overview Milestone Technologies is currently hiring for a Senior Cyber Security Analyst in Seattle, Washington. How You Will Make an Impact: Develops, socializes, implements, and maintains security programs, policies, and procedures. Conducts regular workplace inspections and audits to identify and evaluate escalations. Develops and delivers training programs to ensure compliance with security regulations and company policies. Coordinates and conducts incident investigations to determine root cause and identify corrective actions. Monitors and analyzes data and reports to management on trends and areas for improvement. Maintains security documentation and records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Extract essential information and analysis from investigations and intelligence products and synthesizes the information into actionable reports. Ensures threat, vulnerability, hazard, and risk data are sourced from authoritative sources, providing reliable and valid findings for qualitative and quantitative assessment. Works with process, systems, and other asset owners to assist to identify and catalog high value assets and threats. Conducts rapid risk assessments of all site requests to deviate from baseline security standards. Manages information flow and assists the team with formatting information for internal and external communication. What You Will Need to Succeed: Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred. Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in security consulting or roles that developed or conducted holistic security risk assessments on a regular basis preferred. Previous experience in national security or criminal intelligence analysis involving the principles, concepts, and methodologies of all-source intelligence analysis to research, evaluate, and integrate all-source data in the preparation and presentation of intelligence analytical products. preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated knowledge of security risk management principles, industry standards, and leading practices. Diverse, cross-functional experience is a plus. Compensation Estimated Pay Range: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $112,000/Yr. - USD $113,000/Yr. and is an Exempt role.
