Conduct and Coordinate business blueprint meetings with business and cross functional teams for understanding clients business requirements for the SAP S/4 HANA Modules- FICO, MM, SD, CRM, HCM, PP, PS Prepare Business Blueprint (BBP), AS-IS, TO-BE Documents, Functional, Technical and Test Specification Documents for new business processes Design, Configure, implement complex solutions for meeting the Business requirements in Greenfield/Brownfield implementations. Run or support workshops, meetings and stakeholder interviews Document requirements from the product owner/business lead Define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and works with client using an agreed methodology to ensure proper translation of business requirements to solution requirements Project business value of a solution in client-relevant terms and drive adoption of key performance indicator (KPI) impact with key client stakeholders Provide advice and recommendations on process improvements, business transformation and implementation of SAP applications. Preparation of User Manuals & Test Documents for new process. Provide direction on application maintenance, troubleshooting and support including corrections for production issues, recommendations for improvement and coordination with our service partners and other IT Support groups for problem resolution. Develop communications tailored to specific audiences Work in an Agile, collaborative environments Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 Years SAP end to end project implementation experience. Should be an SAP expert with proven full cycle SAP implementation or multiple roll out project and associated deliverables. Awareness of implementation methodology Required experience in S/4 HANA Public cloud/Private Cloud/On-premise Environments Knowledge on Fiori platform S/4 Hana certification will be advantage Expertise in real-time consolidation process Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Great team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and detail oriented.
