Purpose of the Position Work for and support the Europe commercial department. Key Roles & Responsibilities The major/primary roles and responsibilities of the job will be as follows, including but not limited to: o O2C process: Play an important role in the Order to Cash (O2C) process team. Understand the business requirements for changes, innovations and enhancements in the process and give proposals. Identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize the O2C processes, suggesting process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy. o Process documentation: Give inputs and support in the development and improvement of the SOPs and business processes documentation which has a direct impact on the business. o System testing: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various commercial related IT projects. Always give the required inputs and feedback for betterment and enhancements. o Commercial support: Support the Europe Commercial Manager on various credit management and commercial policy related tasks. Perform business related activities to support commercial team on credit management. Skills, Knowledge & Competencies Good understanding of financial analysis and evaluation. Working knowledge of Sales module (SD module) of SAP system and additional experience in Finance module (FI module) is preferred. Good knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office.
