Description
To work on support activity of SAP SD module.
Need to support SAP SD L1 calls adhering to SLA.
Work closely with the business teams to understand their requirements.
Co-ordination between Information System, Basis and IT Infrastructure teams to ensure continuity of support activity.
Knowledge of business processes related to Sales
Ability to provide and review documentation as required in various stages of document life cycle.
Understanding the detailed technical specification and identify the issues which impacts performance
Preparing & maintaining documentation for Technical developments (Technical Specification)
Should have good communication skills with good attitude

Understanding of Business Processes and their mapping on to the Systems
