Experience: 8+ Years Looking for a Microsoft Azure Expert in Data, who will deliver consulting/design services in this field.
What you will do:
• Act as a trusted advisor for our clients by designing and building analytics cloud solutions to enable better outcomes • Deliver architectures for transformation and modernization of enterprise data solutions using Azure cloud data technologies • Analyze current business practices, processes, and procedures as well as identify relevant Microsoft Azure Data & Analytics IaaS, SaaS and PaaS services • Support the use of data-driven insights to help our clients achieve outcomes and goals whilst respecting security requirements • Design and build data pipelines, data streams, reports, information dashboards, data services APIs, data generators and other data-relevant services • Work across client stakeholders to gather solution requirements and propose architecture decisions • During implementation collect, aggregate, and analyze structured/unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources • Have a sound understanding of consumption cost drivers in Azure cloud-based solutions • Develop and maintain data warehouse schematics, layouts, architectures and relational/non-relational databases for data access and Advanced Analytics • Be a critical part of the data supply chain, ensuring that stakeholders can access and manipulate data for routine and ad hoc analysis to drive business outcomes using Advanced Analytics What you will need for the role: • Minimum of 8 years of experience with large-scale data and analytics solutions • Ability to conduct data profiling, cataloguing, and mapping for technical design and construction of technical data flows • Experience with different database technologies (e.g., SQL database(s), NoSQL such as Hadoop, MongoDB, Redis, etc. • Experience with exposing data to end-users via Power BI, Azure API Apps. • Knowledge of Azure Data & Analytics PaaS Services: Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure IoT, Azure HDInsight + Spark, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Databricks, Azure Stream Analytics and Azure SQL DB • Knowledge of Lambda and Kappa architecture patterns and Mastery of SQL • Experience in turning business use cases and requirements into technical solutions • Experience in business processing mapping of data and analytics solutions • Experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies • Experience driving knowledge transfer and/or training programs • Experience with agile delivery methodologies, proof of concepts and prototyping • Experience with Azure ARM templates, PowerShell and CI/CD using Azure DevOps Good to have Skills: • Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality tools • Experience in managing teams, being a technical coach • Experience with preparing data for Data Science and Machine Learning purposes • Experience with Azure data, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions At least one of the below certifications: 1. Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate 2. Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate 3. Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate 4. Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate 5. Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate 6. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
