Description We're looking for a talented Cybersecurity Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and technologies, with a focus on identifying, analyzing, and mitigating security risks to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our information systems. Responsibilities: Monitor security alerts and events to identify potential security incidents and threats. Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify weaknesses in our systems and applications. Analyze security data and logs to detect anomalous activity and potential security breaches. Investigate security incidents to determine the root cause and recommend remediation actions. Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and procedures to protect against cyber threats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions that meet compliance requirements and industry best practices. Provide timely and accurate reports on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and remediation efforts to management and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to ensure our defenses are current and effective. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, such as Security Analyst, Incident Responder, or similar positions. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices. Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM solutions, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management tools. Knowledge of network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and secure network architecture. Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS. Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH) are highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
