CyberSecurity SME at Infosys in Phoenix, AZ Infosys is seeking for a Infrastructure Security SME. This position you will work closely with Active Systems Service Owner to meet or exceed ticket SLA metrics. Communicate and coordinate frequently with end users as well as with local, regional, and global support teams. Required Qualifications: - Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, Azor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US. - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. - At least of 11 years' experience in Information Technology - At least 10 years of experience of experience in EDR & AV (TrendMicro, Symantec, Carbon Black, CrowdStrike. McAfee), ATP, Sandboxing technologies (Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo Alto, McAfee, Symantec etc) - Reporting, auditing, alerting of EDR & AV (TrendMicro, Symantec, Carbon Black, CrowdStrike. McAfee), ATP, Sandboxing solutions (Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo Alto, McAfee, Symantec etc) - Policy creation and management of EDR & AV. - Exception creation and management of EDR. - Identify patterns in end-user issues/tickets and escalate to 3rd level support team/architects - Support the technical research and analysis activities performed by the 3rd Level Support team to identify root causes and test resolution - U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. we are not able to sponsor at this time Preferred Qualifications: - Review, update and enhance internal Knowledge Base by creating SOP's, Knowledge articles. - Experience with supporting and troubleshooting any endpoint protection product - Focuses on excellent customer service and needs of the user community - Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment - Experience in security information and event management (SIEM), firewalls and unified threat management systems, intrusion detection and prevention. - Experience in Secure web gateways and secure email gateways, endpoint protection, web application protection and vulnerability management systems. The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
