What you will do for Sectona We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a knack for creativity, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Instructional design to maintain and enhance Learnings at Sectona. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for the following: Develop engaging and effective learning materials, including online courses, modules, and technical videos. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of instructional materials. Design instructional strategies and activities that promote learning objectives and engage learners. Utilize instructional design principles, learning theories, and best practices to create high-quality eLearning. Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, animations, videos, and simulations, to enhance learning outcomes. Conduct needs assessments and analyze target audience to tailor learning solutions to their specific needs and preferences. Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and make revisions as necessary based on feedback and assessment data. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in instructional design and e-learning. Here is what we would like you to have. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Instructional Design, content management and eLearning Proficiency in instructional design software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Premiere Pro Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and experience with course authoring and publishing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
