Description

Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) for each client department to pinpoint functional and behavioral training needs. Develop competency maps for all identified training needs, ensuring a clear alignment between skills and job roles. Create comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) documents for each department. Design effective training plans based on the TNA, incorporating a variety of learning methodologies. Maintain accurate L&D goal sheets and training trackers to monitor progress and measure success. Develop engaging training content using adult learning principles and instructional design models. Secure content approval from the corporate office. Organize and facilitate induction programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Prepare and maintain an annual training calendar, guaranteeing adherence to scheduled programs. Generate insightful Management Information System (MIS) reports to track departmental training metrics. Partner with the L&D Head to design, schedule, and implement engaging employee initiatives. Actively participate in employee engagement activities. Gather pulse feedback and recommend interventions to enhance employee satisfaction.
