Description
5- 18 years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, having Worked on two or more implementations and at least one support project.
Use Enterprise integration/application tools to design, develop, troubleshoot, debug and deploy integrations/applications for customers
Experience in integrations using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and BIB (Business Process Integration)
Hands on development experience in technologies including SAP ABAP, UI5, Java, JavaScript, Node.JS or Express.JS.
General understanding and advanced know how regarding SAP HCM info type logic and processes
Hands on experience on SAP CPI .
Dell Bhoomi middleware is nice to have
Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently.
Knowledge of inter-module dependencies in SAP SuccessFactors.
Aware of all the stages of SAP implementation methodology.
Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for the project.
Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements.
Must have good documentation skills, including best practices like maintaining meeting minutes.
Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and comfortable working with global customers.
Consultants must be able to work independently and with others; in preparing Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Functional specifications, Impact Analysis Documents.
Work on Configurations and support other Technical consultants with inputs for Custom Enhancements, and support for testing and bug fixing.
