Job description Job Title: SAP ARIBA with MM Location: HYD Duration: FTE -A minimum of 10 years" experience in Procure to pay technology implementations with at a minimum 5 years experience working in the Ariba application.-We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant who is an expert in the design and implementation of the Ariba (now SAP) Procure to Pay Pro (P2P) application.' -This consultant will be responsible for providing detailed recommendations to help our client streamline its procure-to-pay (P2P) processes. -The consultant will also work with Ariba and our client to support staff to configure the application so that it supports the streamlined P2P processes in the most optimum manner possible. -The consultant will be helping the our client build and expand upon its initial Ariba P2P implementation effort.-Thorough 'hands-on' and working knowledge of Ariba procure-to-pay module, supplier and catalog enablement process.-Extensive working knowledge and background working in procurement or accounting and knowledge of the procure-to- pay operational process (i.e. from purchase requisition to payment to external vendors) for service organizations-Has strong procure to pay process re-engineering knowledge configuring workflows for complex service type acquisitions (consulting, construction, and IT software and hardware)-Possess practical business experience with procure to pay processes prior to becoming a consultant.-Ability to write custom report and produce documentation supporting configuration changes.-Ability to lead functional design activities (requirements gathering, process mapping, and detailed design and configuration)-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships-Experience in development of test cases and report defects.-Experience with various business process and system modeling tools such as: Data flow diagrams, process models, and use case scenarios.-Strong awareness of the procure-to-pay ERP field, including trends, new methods and techniques-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to review and interpret data, detect problems and determine best solution and preventative measures to mitigate future risks-Strong interpersonal skills, analysis and decision making, communication and self -management skills-Demonstrates the ability to identify, develop, and implement technology solutions to create more efficient processes and resolve complex procure-to-pay solutions.-Additional - Working knowledge of sourcing or accounting disciplines processes; Working knowledge of generally accepted acquisition policies, procedures, and methods; Working knowledge of pricing, procurement operations/sourcing market conditions, and product functionality; Working knowledge of automated spreadsheet, word processing, MSFT Visio, and PowerPoint, and e-sourcing application skills-The consultant will be responsible to drive the functional and SAP Ariba aspects of managing procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Implementation of key modules-The consultant will be responsible for the successful delivery of functional and technical components of procurement, strategic sourcing, catalog management, sourcing analytics using SAP Ariba and its components.-This role will apply functional and technical integration knowledge of SAP Ariba tools, ECC systems and functional procurement/sourcing processes. -The consultant will perform hands-on Ariba design and configuration (reports, input schedules, script logic, allocations, distributions, etc).
