Description

Responsibilities: Attendance Management: Manage employee attendance records and ensure timely updates. Monitor employee attendance and leave requests, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Prepare attendance reports and present them to management as required. Payroll Management: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees. Calculate salaries, bonuses, and other payments, and ensure timely employee payments. Ensure compliance with tax laws and other statutory requirements. Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports as required. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date records of employee documentation and ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements. Manage employee grievance redressal and disciplinary actions. Requirements Requirements: Master / Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR operations. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures. Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
