Responsible for recruitment (IT) for Domestic and International locations of Concerto.
Getting involved in the end to end recruitment process from requirement gathering till on-boarding of new joiner.
Developing reports & Dashboards (Daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc) to meet managements request and team needs.
Participating in On-campus & Off-Campus drives for fresher recruitment.
Good Knowledge in Payroll management and Employee engagement activity.
Good Communication, MS Office,Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
