Please find below roles and responsibilities Responsible for recruitment (IT) for Domestic and International locations of Concerto. Getting involved in the end to end recruitment process from requirement gathering till on-boarding of new joiner. Developing reports & Dashboards (Daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc) to meet managements request and team needs. Participating in On-campus & Off-Campus drives for fresher recruitment. Good Knowledge in Payroll management and Employee engagement activity. Good Communication, MS Office,Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
