Our challenge We are looking for a skilled QA Process Manager to lead the QA team in developing detailed test plans and test cases for software releases, ensuring that all functionalities are covered.

Role and Responsibilities

  • The Role Responsibilities: Lead the QA team in developing detailed test plans and test cases for software releases, ensuring that all functionalities are covered. Educate and guide the team on the change management process, including impact analysis, and ensure adherence to best practices during software development and deployment. Develop and implement robust QA processes and strategies, integrating them seamlessly with existing development workflows. Manage and mentor QA analysts and testers to build a cohesive and effective team. Establish key quality metrics and set up systems to track and monitor these metrics over time. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained through the software development lifecycle, including post-deployment. Conduct regular process reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency. Ensure that test plans and QA activities align with customer requirements and project timelines. Collaborate with the development team to support automated testing strategies and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline. Facilitate effective change management to accommodate project updates and revisions while maintaining quality standards. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and tools in quality assurance and introduce innovative practices to the team.
