Job Details Hi, Urgent position of Generative AI Location - SanJose,CA/RTP,NC - Customer MDM has numerous challenging problems to solve using cutting-edge technologies that have a direct impact on Cisco's business Responsibilities Develop algorithms to drive our diverse range of Customer MDM requirements, including search, match, ranking, alignment, labeling and enrichment. Combine deep languege models, state-of-the-art Generative Al models, and classical MU/NLP techniques to create high-quality solutions Designing, developing, and implementing generstive Al models and algorithms utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT. VAE, and GANs. Requirement Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Al/NLP/Computer Vision/ML Strong background and at least 5 years of industry experience are required in Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms. Preferably, experience in NLP, Generative Al, LLMs, MLOps, and Optimization techniques is desired. Strong understanding of NLP techniques and frameworks such ss BERT, GPT, or Transformer models Solid experience developing and implementing generative Al models, with a strong understanding of deep leaming techniques such as BERT. GPT, or Transformer model. Proficiency in Python programming, dsta frame. TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in Generative AJ (mainly LLMs), data engineering, including dats curstion, cleaning, and preprocessing Independence and ownership, ability to come up with innovative solutions and evaluste them quickdy- Full cycle development: research to production. Familiarity with the OpenAI API and its capabilities for natural language processing (NLP) and generative modeling is highly desirable
