Job Description for HCM Payroll
Role & Responsibilities:
Practice knowledge on SAP PA, PY, TM and OM Modules.
Good in Excel and Documentation.
Mandatory to have Functional Knowledge on Middle east Payroll (Advance leave salary, EOS Payout,
annual leaves, GOSI, Provisioning).
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards.
Suggesting the solutions best suited for the implementation of Client HR Business process.
Created organizational units, jobs, task and positions assigned the tasks to positions and integrated
all of these into the enterprise's organizational plan.
Customized the basic settings for Personnel Administration.
Qualification:
10 + 2 + 3 (BBA / BCA / MCA / BE / BTech / MTech / BSc / BCom).
Experience-6months-1+years
SAP HCM Certified.
Domain is added advantage.
Payroll End User is added advantage.
Immediate Joiners
Work Location: Bangalore
Willing to Relocate as per Client requirement & Travel as per the need.
Should have good written and Oral communication
