Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Requirement gathering, Worked on Best practice implementation process.
2. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, customizations, and support
processes.
3. Organization Structure Creation with Associations
4. Worked on Foundation objects, MDF objects and Custom Objects
5. Worked on Data Models.
6. Configure Business Rule for custom scenarios
7. Report Center
8. Importing and validating employee data
9. Configuration of custom UI screen
11. Workflow and custom workflow notifications
12. Time off & Time sheets
13. Benefits
14. Alerts and notifications
15. Document Generation
16. Setting up RBP
Domain Experience: Relevant domain experience of min 2years plus.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 0-2years of hands-on experience in SAP SF EC.
3. Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Customer focused mindset and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced support environment.
7. SAP Global Certification in SuccessFactors EC module is advantageous
Work Location: Bangalore
Willing to Relocate as per Client requirement & Travel as per the need
