Description

The SAP Success Factor Consultant will be responsible for implementation & support of SAP Success factor various modules. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation of SAP Successfactor modules. 2. Knowledge in SAP HCM modules like OM,PA,TM & Payroll will be an added advantage. 3. Knowledge of SAP SF Payroll will be an added advantage. 4. Experience of integration of SAP SF with SAP HCM will be an advantage. 5. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing and resolving issues, incidents, and inquiries related to the SAP Success Factors platform. 6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the implementation, configuration, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing. 7. Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP Success Factors features, enhancements, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients. 8. Shall be open to travel as and when required for client meeting and implementation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field. Proven experience in SAP Success Factors implementation, configuration, and support. Certification in SAP SF will be an added advantage. Solid understanding of HR processes and SAP best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
