Role & Responsibilities:
Eligibility Criteria: MBA in HR/IT with 1-2 years of work experience
Job Description:
• Should have implemented or have a good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal HR teams to define requirements, design solutions, and manage project timelines.
• Create user documentation, process document, job aids, and training materials to facilitate system adoption and user self-sufficiency.
• Conduct system testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, and oversee the deployment of new functionalities.
• Provide support and training to HR users and managers on SuccessFactors functionality, processes, and system usage.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support HR analytics and share reporting requirements
• Should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power point presentations
• Monitor and review performance of support partner to drive SLAs
• Drive project to enhance current applications to drive adoption
• Benchmark industry HR automation tools and gather references
