Position: MBA Product Team
Mode of Work: Full-time (Work from Office)
Job Description:
A. Responsibilities:
1. Assist in various aspects of product development, including conducting market
research, gathering customer feedback, and in defining product requirements
2. Analyse MBA product performance data, customer insights, and market trends to
provide meaningful insights that can be used in decision-making processes
3. Coordinate and communicate with different departments- technical, marketing,
sales, content production to smoothen the operations and different projects
implementation
4. Assist in creating and maintaining product-related documentation, including
product specifications, contents, and status reports
5. Conduct research on competitors & products, features, and pricing to identify market
trends and potential areas for differentiation
6. Provide support to customers by addressing their queries, troubleshooting product-
related issues, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement via various
mediums- e-mail and social media groups
7. Assist in preparing presentations and communicating product updates and
strategies to internal stakeholders and team members
8. Assist in onboarding stakeholders- partners via various modes of communication
B. Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree/ Graduate.
2. Consistent & organized in approach
3. Strong analytical abilities to analyse data, interpret trends, and draw meaningful
insights that can guide product development decisions
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute ideas, and work
collectively towards achieving team and organizational goals
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, being open to learning
new concepts, technologies, and industry trends
7. Familiarity with common productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new software and project management
tools as required
