Description

Looking for an experienced professional who has adept experience in building and managing fully functional CMS based websites. As a product manager for website you will become custodian for digital website and all functionalities developed on the website, being responsible for both developing new features and ensuring smooth functioning of existing website. You will be responsible for interacting with cross functional teams to gather functional & non-functional requirements analytics data collection and measurement requirements UI/UX requirements Page performance and key website performance improvement requirements Personalisation and Experimentation requirements Develop solution approaches Measure key business metrics and plan for improvements Work with internal technology team and development partner team to deliver the developed solution. Activities Gather requirements in order to develop and manage functionalities on website. Conduct experiments in order to improve the business metrics. Creating prototypes of new ideas in conjunction with Tech Lead and UI UX team. Implementation Google Best Practices of page performance. Ensure Timely delivery of developed solutions. Adherence to defined SDLC process and capturing of requisite artefacts. Ensure adequate sharing of information to all concerned stakeholders Coordinate with vendor resources (onsite/ offshore) for the delivery cycle of the project Have a sound understanding of functional solutions and should be able to challenge estimates provided by delivery partners. Making the customer experience seamless across all our digital properties. Improving functional aspects of the site for better customer retention Engagement with Cross Functional stakeholders in Business Functions, Change Delivery & IT - Manage expectations of varied stakeholders proactively
