Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and enhancing the organization's market presence. The candidate will drive our revenue and pipeline with and through our direct and indirect GTM partners. The ideal candidate possesses a strong track record in selling technology solutions and platforms, particularly products belonging to the Supply Chain domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and solution offerings.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on market presence and revenue generation.
Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities related to Supply Chain and Logistics products.
Identify potential clients and markets for our software products through market research and networking.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, social media platforms, referrals and industry events.
Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) approaches to accelerate revenue in strategic accounts and partners.
Target and recruit new partnerships and alliances in new market segments
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Carry out marketing activities for software products to have better penetration in the market.
Report to the upper management on successes, and areas needing improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
Knowledge in Supply Chain and Logistics.
Proven working experience in Product Marketing and/or business development, sales, or a relevant role.
At least 3-5 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting/nurturing
Proven track record of 3-5 years in developing and executing high impact multi-channel GTM execution
Experience in software product sales, preferably in the Supply Chain area is an added advantage
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Market knowledge.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
