Sub-Function -Purpose We are seeking a dynamic and experienced German Trainers/English Trainers who would like to learn and train students in German Language. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and learning different languages.
Key Responsibilities
On the job training in German language for six months.
After 6 months of completing their training, you will be working as a Training facilitator for German.
Train and Assess students' language proficiency levels and tailor instruction to meet their learning needs.
Create and adapt teaching materials, resources, and activities to enhance learning outcomes.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their language development.
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, share best practices, and maintain program quality standards.
Stay updated on current trends and best practices in English language teaching and incorporate them into instructional strategies.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievement.
Ensure 100% candidates get certified on language proficiency from the competent authority.
Flexible to relocate.
Partial or full Training costs will/might be deducted from the salary and accordingly there will be a Bond.
Knowledge and Experience
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field/German.
Master's degree preferred.
TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or other relevant teaching certifications.
Experience
Proven experience in teaching German or minimum 5 years in English teaching to diverse groups of learners, preferably in a multicultural setting.
Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and language teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
Creative approach to lesson planning and instructional design.
Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work with students of varying proficiency levels and learning styles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of German language and certification would be good to have.
