Position: Sr. SAP MM/WM/IM Consultant Duration: Full time Location: Hyderabad, India Role: Functional Consultant Skill Set: SAP MM/WM/IM (P2P/ SCM) Experience : 7 to 10 Years Roles and Responsibilities: Engage with clients at all levels to understand their inventory management challenges, present SAP MM/WM solutions, and gain buy-in for proposed approaches. Experience in high tech, Mfg. industry: A functional person with strong domain as well as SAP MM knowledge. Good understanding of new platform such as SAP Ariba (SBN), Supplier Portal/Collaboration, Purchasing and Inventory Management Analytics. S4 HANA implementation experience with at least 1-3 full life cycle implementation projects in above industries. Strong hands-on experience on SAP MM, P2P, S/4HANA experience, Cross functional Integration with area of Supply chain processes, Supplier collaboration Worked in a capacity or Team lead in various end to end implementations, Company & Plant roll outs Well versed with SAP MM Procure to Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Purchasing Analysis, MRP, Various MM processes business scenarios, process mapping in SAP/SAP S4 HANA Strong knowledge. Proficient in configuration and rollout of SAP MM and WM modules. Hands on experience of SAP MM configuration, Integration with other modules, process mapping, developments Strong knowledge of MM pricing procedures. Strong knowledge of Release strategy in MM, Inventory Management features and functionalities Strong ability to design efficient solutions based upon business requirements related to Materials / Purchasing in a most cost-effective manner. Strong knowledge & hands on experience in developing various mass upload tools LSMWs, BDCs, Programs for master data migration, Data cut-over etc. Analyze processes, make recommendations for changes to support improvements and translate them into SAP solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Good understanding of MM process automation using SAP & non-SAP products, Bar codes, QR codes, GR automations, Various Labels/ Stickers generation as a part of automation, Supplier EDIs etc. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders, and proactively address any concerns. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful adoption of SAP MM/WM solutions by end-users. General Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork and partnerships Strong oral and written communication skills. Proven time management skills, handling multiple tasks and priorities concurrently. Must be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members. Strong customer service orientation. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings and presentations and work with business and IT team members. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and resolve systems and process issues in a collaborative manner with cross-divisional peers.
