Role and Responsibilities

• ResponsibiliƟes:  UƟlize advanced Excel and MS Office skills to create presentaƟons, pivot tables, and reports.  Analyze and assess complex data sets from various stakeholders with meƟculous aƩenƟon to detail.  Collaborate with different departments to ensure Ɵmely and accurate collaƟon and analysis of data on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.  AcƟvely engage with different work streams to drive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure operaƟonal efficiency.  Build and maintain producƟve relaƟonships internally and externally, fostering teamwork and informaƟon sharing.  Provide accurate and Ɵmely management informaƟon, including acƟvity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes to maintain data integrity and compliance. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Business AdministraƟon, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.  Proven experience as an MIS ExecuƟve or similar role.  ExperƟse in Excel, including advanced funcƟons like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.  Strong analyƟcal skills with the ability to work with large data sets.  Excellent interpersonal and communicaƟon skills for effecƟve stakeholder management.  Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.  Ability to work collaboraƟvely in a team environment and across mulƟple departments.  Knowledge of Quality and Business Processes is preferred.
