Position: Senior Manager - Data Science Qualification - BE / B Tech with MBA or equivalent. Experience - 10 + years. Location - Bangalore Key Responsibilities: • Delivering Business Outcomes - Identify and leverage business opportunities and challenges that can be addressed through data analytics solutions. - Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of analytical solutions to achieve strategic business goals. • Elevating Data Science Practice - Lead efforts to analyze large datasets using statistical and AI techniques, translating them into actionable insights. - Enhance and expand key data sources to support decision-making and foster business growth. • Influencing Stakeholders - Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across various departments, advocating for data science solutions and aligning objectives to execute tasks. - Communicate with the leadership team, demonstrating how analytical solutions address critical challenges and capitalize on opportunities. • Managing and Building High-Performing Teams - Cultivate a culture of autonomy, accountability, and urgency within the team. - Mentor and guide team members to become valuable contributors to the company. - Enable career development through training and on-the-job coaching.
