Description
Provide hypercare support for SAP SD modules, including order management, pricing, billing, delivery processing, and customer master data.
Monitor and prioritize tickets, incidents, and service requests related to SAP SD functionality, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT teams, and SAP consultants, to analyze and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing for SAP SD enhancements, patches, and upgrades to ensure system stability and functionality.
Assist in training and knowledge transfer to end users on SAP SD processes, best practices, and system functionalities.
Document support activities, issue resolutions, and knowledge articles to build a knowledge base for future reference and continuous improvement.
Participate in project meetings, change management processes, and post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with SAP SD trends, new features, and industry best practices to provide proactive support and recommendations for system optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
years of experience in SAP SD configuration, implementation, and support, with a focus on post-implementation hypercare support.
Strong expertise in SAP SD modules, including order-to-cash processes, pricing procedures, availability checks, delivery processing, and billing.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD modules and Fiori applications is a plus.
Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager, incident management tools, and ticketing systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
SAP certification in Sales and Distribution (SD) is desirable.
