Summary Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze, document, and validate business requirements & processes Develop technical solutions & strategies to improve business efficiency and productivity through effective use of technology Facilitate communication & collaboration between business units and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities Gather & document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems & processes Analyze & evaluate business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement & optimization Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and develop solutions that align with business goals & objectives Create detailed specifications, diagrams, and documentation to clearly communicate requirements & system designs to technical teams Work closely with developers, testers, and other IT professionals to ensure accurate & timely delivery of solutions Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementation and post-implementation phases Monitor & evaluate system performance, functionality, user satisfaction, and recommend enhancements or modifications as needed Provide training & support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new systems & processes Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis & system design
