CereCore is seeking an Integration Data Analyst to join our team remotely.
Position summary
The Integration Data Analyst is responsible for defining, documenting, and maintaining integration requirements which would include input/output message specifications and mapping requirements between inputs and outputs. Candidates should have a proven track record of technical integration analysis, project management, and an ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, product owners/analysts, and technical solution providers across the enterprise
Understand business needs, and lead the integration design and development (business processes, technology, data, etc.) to support business goals and initiatives
Collaborate with business representatives at all levels of the organization and across the enterprise, consistently delivering high-quality services while working on multiple complex projects/engagements.
Throughout implementation, collaborate with the development team and other technical staff to identify and remove roadblocks, and make course corrections to the implementation as necessary
Drive solution identification and assessment, validating that solutions achieve desired business results.
Ensures that all testing requirements are met and testing results documented.
Provides tactical leadership for certification and deployment of new integrations impacting the entire HCA enterprise
Work with functional, technical, and project teams to deliver solutions timely and effectively, follow processes and standards, and builds relationships with key stakeholders.
Must be able to work with a variety of group members, both functional and technical, across HCA and other organizations to define requirements, resolve issues, and meet deadlines.
Appropriately communicate and integrate with teams and constituencies across the company (strong written and verbal communication skills and effective relationship-building skills)
Must be able to facilitate the successful and on-time completion of all development tasks, subsequent implementation components and tasks.
Lead various projects (both large and small scale) in defining, documenting, pilot, and deployment of integration solutions.
Work as liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, data, policies and information systems.
Lead the impact analysis of requirement/scope changes, negotiating tradeoffs and facilitating agreement.
Provide subject matter expertise in integration certification and deployment activities for the enterprise across a wide range of integration types.
Coordinate work with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and clarified where needed
Ensure our security, networking, and other departments to ensure that our integration solutions meet all established policies
Maintain a deep knowledge level of all custom-built integration technology, collaborating regularly with the development team
Requirements
Proven experience in Healthcare Integration analysis and/or integration engineering
Experience with HL7-related analysis tooling, such as HL7Spy
Understanding of Healthcare integration standards such as HL7, X12, FHIR
Understanding of basic data integration technologies – networking, TCP/IP, MLLP, FTP, HTTP, REST, SOAP
Direct experience with, and/or training in, healthcare-related integration engines such as Cloverleaf, BizTalk, Mirth, etc.
