Configuring basic HCM modules, such as HR Mini Master , CATS, and Org. management. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design customized SAP HCM solutions. Working on business requirements changes throughout the cycle, including designing FD, Test scripts, working with developers, testing the solution, and communicating with business. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with business users and team. Knowledge and implementation experience of Integration of SAP HCM products with such as ADP/KRONOS/Workday, etc, will be seen as an advantage.
