Understand the delivery process and participate in the client related support.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Positive attitude and zeal to learn is a must requirement.
SAP S/4 HANA experience will be an added advantage.
Must have knowledge of EC, & Indian Payroll implementation experience
Must have knowledge of OM, PA, TM & Indian Payroll implementation
ESS, MSS, EP, Travel Management implementation experience will be an added advantage.
Experience of Success factors will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of HR ABAP will be an added advantage.
Consultant should be well-versed with all the integrated modules like FI
Shall be able to implement Indian Payroll independently
Must have successfully implemented 1+ end to end implementation projects in manufacturing domain.
The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of respective module to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Must have working experience on Indian Companies.
Must be from North India (Hindi - English Speaking) only.
