Greetings from Sanchovni solutions Immediate Hiring for SAP HCM Swiss Payroll Consultant Job Title:SAP HCM Swiss Payroll Consultant Experience 5+ yrs Location: Pune,Bengaluru, Vadodara, Tirunelveli, Chennai, Gurugram Availability:Immediate to 15 days Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Proven experience (at least 5-7 years) as a SAP Switzerland Payroll Consultant. Extensive expertise in Swiss Payroll, Time Management, Travel & Expenses Management. Strong understanding of Swiss payroll regulations and compliance requirements and beneficially having international payroll exposure. Must have hands on experience in Switzerland payroll implementation and support. Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. Customer management skill Good team player Language skills: English language fluency is mandatory. Pune,Bengaluru, Vadodara, Tirunelveli, Chennai, Gurugram Responsibilities HCM Implementation and Support Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations within the HCM landscape. Design and implement SAP HCM modules, including Swiss Payroll, Time Management, Travel & Expenses Management etc. Configure system settings, workflows, rules, and customizations to align with business processes and compliance requirements in HCM SAP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration and data integrity. Swiss Payroll Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in Swiss payroll regulations, including social insurance, tax, and labour laws etc. Configure and maintain Swiss-specific payroll processes and rules, such as salary calculation, deductions, contributions, overtime, and annual adjustments. Conduct payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing. Stay updated on changes in Swiss payroll legislation and provide recommendations for system updates and process improvements. Support end users to execute payroll in timely manner. Time Management and Travel & Expenses Management: Configure and optimize SAP Time Management modules to streamline time tracking, leave management, and expense reimbursement processes. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to design and implement efficient workflows, approval processes, and reporting structures. Provide training and support to end-users on time and expense-related functionalities.
