Role Description:
A SuccessFactors consultant to work closely with SAP Team in driving the adoption,
optimization, and iteration of the SuccessFactors platform, leveraging multiple
integrations and technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of
experience with technical implementations of customer projects. Using their expertise,
problem-solving ability, and creative flair, the consultant will design, build, deliver, and
maintain SAP ecosystem. The consultant will also help develop business requirements,
specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration, along with testing and
deployment.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience SAP experience
Implementation experience with at least 1-2 full lifecycles in Success Factor
Preferably minimum 2 years of domain experience
Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
Responsibilities:
Serves as the technical analyst in the implementation of SuccessFactors LMS, Succession
Planning, and Story Reporting/People Analytics
Configures changes to business rules, workflow, route maps, custom fields, panels, and
templates in Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance & Goals according
to changing business requirements.
Manages role-based, group, and API security permissions to ensure a secured and
governed system environment.
Develops and maintains a regular monthly audit schedule to ensure end-to-end data
integrity throughout the SuccessFactors HCM and dependent systems (Active Directory,
Concur, SAP Analytics Cloud, ADP Workforce Now)
Provides second and third-level end-user functional and technical support.
Performs configuration and testing related to upgrade releases and bug fixes.
Collaborates with the Total Rewards team in developing system solutions related to
employee compensation, surveys, and strategies.
Provides key user training as required.
Skills & Competencies Requirements:
Experience implementing multiple SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
Experience with Recruiting, travel and expenses, etc. modules a plus
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Desire to work in an information system environment.
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
At least 7 years experience in one of the following: Employee Central, Payroll,
Recruitment, LMS, Compensation, Time Management or Time Evaluation
Hands on experience with at least 2 full life cycle implementations of the Employee
Central module
Experience with Employee Central integration
Minimum of 2+ years of experience with SAP HCM and other SuccessFactors modules
Experience of functional design & Must have experience operating in a client facing or
similar role.
